Can I exchange/return my items?

  • Returns/exchanges of purchases made on our website can only be managed through the email hola@fullmotocompany.com (even those that are picked up at the store).
  • All products purchased at FULLMOTO COMPANY may be returned, provided that the user communicates their intention to return the purchased product(s) within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Product changes are allowed, as long as there is stock available. If there is none, the full amount of the product may be charged, minus the amount of shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

  • After approving the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the payment has been made. This refund is made in the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. Remember that the availability of the amount paid, after approving the return on our part, depends on the card-issuing bank and/or the PayPal payment gateway, or the corresponding one, not including shipping costs.

What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?

  • We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
  • FULLMOTO COMPANY reserves the right not to accept returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, as well as items that are not in perfect condition, with the interior labels and in their original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

  • At FULLMOTO COMPANY we check all items before sending them to our customers but if, exceptionally, you receive a product with a defect, you must request the return online indicating the defective reason on the form.

  • Customer Service will contact you to proceed to request clarifications and, if applicable, agree to the withdrawal of the product, since the costs in the event of a manufacturing error will be assumed by FULLMOTO COMPANY .
  • Once the items are received, they will be carefully inspected, checking the reason for the error or defect and that they are in perfect condition, with the interior labels and in their original packaging if they have it.
  • Once this process is completed, the return will be approved.
  • After approving the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the payment has been made. This refund is made in the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.

  • The entire process may take about 15 days once the returned product is received.
